Our 14-Day Guarantee You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. If you are not 100% satisfied with your frames, simply send them back to us within this two-week window.
Free Return Shipping We believe that trying on glasses shouldn't cost you extra. All returns come with free return shipping. Once you initiate a return, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label at absolutely no cost to you.
Zero Restocking Fees What you paid is what you get back. We do not charge any hidden deductions or restocking fees. Upon receiving your returned item, you will be issued a full refund to your original payment method.
